When we talk about eating well in Ibiza, we think of many high-level restaurants as it is an island with a wide gastronomic offer. In this article we recommend four restaurants that we love and that we believe should not be missed if you spend a few days on the island.
1. Tropicana Beach Club
This restaurant is located in Cala Jondal. Fresh and varied food in an area of Ibiza with a great summer party atmosphere. The best of all is that they also offer a service for boats. You order what you want and a dinghy will bring it to your boat. Pure Ibiza luxury. And if you finally decide to go to one of their tables, they also have a pick-up service. Everything is tailor-made for the client.
2. Ca n’Alfredo
This is one of the oldest family restaurants in Ibiza. It can be reached by boat as it is located next to the port. Traditional and delicious dishes accompanied by an exceptional wine cellar of local wines. Our recommendation is the “peix bullit con arroz a banda”, a traditional dish of Ibicencan cuisine that you can’t hesitate to order.
3. La Escollera
In this wonderful restaurant, you will enjoy the views of the Ses Salines Nature Reserve. Its complete offer immerses us in the pure Mediterranean style through its rice dishes and allows us to travel with dishes such as the green tofu curry. Although it is located next to the beach Es Cavallet, which gets very crowded in the summer season, the restaurant manages to maintain the relaxing atmosphere thanks to its fabulous views.
4. Las Dalias
Do you know the famous Ibiza hippie market in “Las Dalias”? If not, you’re already late to go and spend a day there to disconnect a little from the sun and the beach. Stroll around the different stalls selling jewellery, clothes and even vases and have a bite to eat in their fusion restaurant. It’s a complete and essential plan if you’re spending a few days on the island.
